Purpose of the role
At YOTEL, we believe in challenging the status quo through smart design and seamless experiences. Located in the heart of Edinburgh’s vibrant city centre, our hotel blends tech savvy service with stylish and functional spaces to surprise and delight our guests. Mission Control is the hub of the guest experience at YOTEL – It’s our version of reception, concierge, and guest relations all rolled into one. As Mission Control Supervisor, you’ll lead the crew to deliver exceptional first impressions, problem solving on the fly, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects YOTEL’s unique personality and standards. You will also lead by example and be responsible for but not limited to ensure the greeting of all YOTEL guests, and that assistance is given with luggage as needed. You’ll supervise day-to-day operations, support training, and work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless and memorable guest journey.
