We are looking for a highly creative and professional Cocktail Bartender/Mixologist to join our Bar team at The Mitre Hotel. Our hotel has been transformed into glamorous restaurants, cocktail bars, enchanting river terraces, a quirky library and elegantly styled bedrooms.

• Somebody who knows their cocktails, spirits and mixers and is ready to shake things up.
• A passion for service standards and delivering excellence to our guests.
• Somebody with great communication and relationship skills.
• An individual with a thirst for knowledge and development.
• Somebody who is comfortable working in a fast paced and energetic workplace. 
• Between 1 to 2 years' experience in a Bartender or Mixologist role.
