  • Managing stock ordering, supplier relationships, deliveries and cellar organisation.

  • Completing regular stock takes and working to minimise wastage while maximising profitability.

  • Ensuring full compliance with licensing legislation, health and safety, food safety and company procedures.

  • Supporting the wider Food & Beverage operation whenever required.

About You

You are passionate about hospitality and love creating memorable guest experiences. You are organised, commercially aware and enjoy developing others to achieve their potential.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a premium bar, hotel or restaurant.

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and premium beverages.

  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.

  • Experience with stock control, ordering and rota management.

  • A hands on approach with exceptional attention to detail.

  • A genuine passion for training and developing people.

WSET Level 2 (preferred), or a willingness to work towards the qualification.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary, plus generous tronc to enhance your monthly earnings.
  • The opportunity to be part of an exciting and growing luxury hospitality collection.
  • Personalised training, buddy programmes, clear career progression and genuine development opportunities.
  • Discounted rates across our hotels and restaurants for you, your family and friends.
  • Wagestream, giving you access to up to 40% of your earned pay before payday and the ability to save directly from your salary.
  • 28 days holiday, including Bank Holidays, plus your birthday off.
  • Team recognition programme celebrating your achievements.
  • Referral bonus of up to £300 for recommending great people.
  • Complimentary meals whilst on duty.
  • Long Service Awards including restaurant experiences, luxury overnight stays, West End theatre tickets and much more.
  • Supplier visits, wine tastings, masterclasses and industry development opportunities.
  • Opportunities to progress throughout The Signet Collection.
  • Apprenticeships and accredited qualifications up to Level 4.
