We are looking for an awesome Regional Sales Manager to lead our Sales team at The Mitre, Hampton Court.
Our 40-bedroom
hotel has been transformed into glamorous restaurants, cocktail bars,
enchanting river terraces, an orangery, an all-day café, and even a quirky
library for the most curious. Nestled on
the banks of the Thames beside Hampton Court Palace, The Mitre offers riverside
elegance just 40 minutes from Central London.
The ideal candidate will be a warm, friendly professional who shares a passion for service excellence, has an eye for detail and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This role will lead the Sales team for The Mitre, whilst working in a close partnership with our General Manager and Group Director of Sales.

In a nutshell, you will:
- 1-2 years of relevant B2B sales experience
- Retain and develop our database of clients maximising profit and repeat bookings
- Monitor competitor set and understand where we sit in the market
- Ensure the operations team have detailed function sheets so we deliver great events that lead to repeat bookings
- Work two quarters in advance to drive leads but also be able to execute events in the calendar week
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, prospecting, site inspections, proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-event follow-up.
- Identify and target corporate business opportunities through engagement, building relationships and nurturing leads.
- Create high conversion rates of cold call of prospective clients to warm leads
- Act as a brand ambassador for The Mitre ensuring
that a positive brand image is strengthened and maintained in all interactions
with customers.
