Want to be a part of a delicious contemporary casual restaurant brand in London, that's full of exciting development opportunities as we have big and fast expansion plans? 

Miznon is looking for an experienced, confident and personable General Manager to lead their Soho site, and join a team that's full of good vibes, who are passionate about food and being their best authentic selves.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site, service and also be the face of the business.

The Role 

  • Confident, polite and energetic individual with General Manager experience in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant
  • You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst managing and supporting your team
  • Working closely with Head Chef and company Directors on delivering sales targets, growing the business and ensuring the great reputation for the Miznon brand
  • You will be responsible for managing and leading your team on a day-to-day basis, whilst also ensuring the highest quality of customer service and food and drink service throughout the restaurant
  • You will have fantastic communication skills and the ability to adapt to different situations, opportunities and challenges
  • Confident in training and supporting your team with service standards, food and drinks knowledge, all Health & Safety protocols and much more!
  • You will have a passion and interest in the city’s hospitality industry
  • You will be reporting to the Managing Director
