You main responsibility will be to support the kitchen team throughout service.

The Role 

  • You will be hard working and professional, with a willingness to grow and develop within the kitchen
  • Interest in developing your career and learning as part of the team
  • Organized, hands-on and professional
  • You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining excellent and consistent standards in your section whilst working professionally with your team
  • Good communications skills and ability to adapt to different situations, opportunities and challenges in the kitchen
  • Knowledge and adherence to all Health & Safety procedures and hygiene protocols
  • You will be reporting to the Head Chef
