We are looking for a Casual Kitchen Porter to join the team at Gino D’Acampo Leeds, supporting our kitchen team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant. This is a casual position, with shifts offered according to business needs.

· Support the kitchen team with the smooth running of the kitchen

· Ensure all crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment is cleaned and available when required

· Keep the kitchen, wash-up areas and equipment clean, tidy and organised

· Assist with the safe and efficient storage and movement of deliveries and stock

· Support the chefs and wider kitchen team with general duties as required

· Ensure food preparation and service areas are kept clean and hygienic

· Follow all health, safety and food hygiene procedures

· Help maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment at all times

· A positive and hardworking attitude

· A reliable and committed team player

· The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

· Good organisation and time-management skills

· A willingness to learn and support colleagues

· A strong eye for cleanliness and attention to detail

· The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

· Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desirable, but not essential
