Job Purpose

To support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving business performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, high-quality Italian restaurant environment.


Key Responsibilities Operations Management
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality
  • Step in to lead shifts and manage service effectively during peak periods
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations
Team Leadership
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of front-of-house staff
