• Manage restaurant reservations and seating plans efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure a seamless handover to the service team.
• Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage waiting lists and communicate accurate wait times during busy periods.
• Work closely with the restaurant management, kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Handle guest requests, special occasions and feedback with confidence and care.
