We require a Reception Host to join the team at Gino D’Acampo Leeds, assisting in the smooth running of our restaurant and ensuring every guest receives a warm and memorable welcome. This is a fixed-term position working 20 hours per week over 4 days.

· Warmly welcome and greet all guests arriving at Gino D’Acampo Leeds

· Manage the reception area and assist with guest bookings and enquiries

· Escort guests to their tables and provide a friendly and professional introduction to their dining experience

· Answer guest questions and provide information about the restaurant, menu and hotel facilities

· Manage reservations and support the team in maintaining an efficient flow of guests

· Communicate effectively with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth and seamless service

· Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area

· Respond positively to guest requests and go the extra mile to create memorable experiences

· A great communicator with a warm and welcoming personality

· An organised and reliable team player

· A confident and outgoing personality

· A positive mind-set and willingness to learn

· An impeccable eye for detail

· The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy restaurant environment

· Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
