• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests' tables quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and match the orders before leaving the kitchen.
• Work closely with chefs, waiters and the wider restaurant team to maintain a smooth service.
• Support the waiting team during busy periods and help ensure guests receive an excellent dining experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
• Clear and reset tables when required.
• Communicate clearly with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Respond positively to guest requests and assist wherever needed.
• Follow all food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
• Help create a welcoming, energetic and professional atmosphere for every guest.
