The Mo’ Bettahs support team is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the reporting needs and decision-making process across multiple departments. This position will play a critical role in providing key reporting and information to stakeholders to support our business growth. The Business Analyst will report to the Director, FP&A and work cross-functionally with other departments (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Development, etc.). This role will be in-person at our Lehi Office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and visual clarity
- Design and optimize data models and queries to support scalable reporting solutions across departments
- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases
- Automate recurring reporting processes and improve data workflows using tools like Power Query, DAX, and Excel formulas
- Leverage strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making
- Provide guidance on best practices for data visualization, report design, and performance optimization in Power BI and Excel

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in related role
- Strong experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Excel
- Experience in a multi-unit restaurant, retail, or consumer-facing business strongly preferred
- Or a combination of education and experience to meet the requirements
Working Conditions:
Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time including viewing the screen, using a mouse and manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed pharmaceuticals and/or OT that may impair or affect the ability to perform the essential functions of the job. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
