A DAY IN THE LIFE 

As Mo’ Bettahs continues to grow, we’re bringing the taste and heart of Hawai‘i to new markets across the U.S. The Field Marketing Manager leads the charge by developing and executing local marketing strategies that spark excitement, build community engagement, and drive measurable growth. This role blends strategy and storytelling — combining data-driven marketing with our Aloha spirit to create strong first impressions and lasting guest loyalty. This individual should have the ability to travel and invest time in each new region. 

What You’ll Do:  

Local Campaign Strategy & Execution 

  • Develop and manage regional marketing campaigns to support restaurant openings, market promotions, community events, and other key initiatives. 
  • Partner with operations team and store managers to identify opportunities that increase local visibility and guest engagement. 
  • Coordinate creative assets, media placement, and vendor relationships for campaign execution (e.g., OOH, local radio, social media, sponsorships). 

Performance Measurement & Reporting 

  • Define KPIs for local campaigns and report on performance at both the campaign and market levels. 
  • Analyze sales and traffic data to assess campaign impact and identify opportunities for optimization. 
  • Provide regular insights to the marketing and operations teams to guide future strategy. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with marketing team to identify localization opportunities among email, loyalty, and social.  
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure consistent, effective marketing deployment & store execution. 
  • Uphold our brand integrity by ensuring every activation reflects our voice, look, and brand values. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for marketing efforts in new regions. 

What You’ll Need:  

  • 4+ years of marketing experience in the restaurant industry — multi-unit experience strongly preferred.  
  • Proven track record in marketing campaign management.  
  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels, events, partnerships, and executing local initiatives.  
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills — able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Experience managing budgets and analyzing campaign ROI.  
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time 

WORKING CONDITIONS: 

The position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may
