Our fast growing and dynamic company is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Pricing Manager to join our team and enhance our work environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Base Pricing of assigned categories within the established strategy and directive from the Director of Pricing

  • Monitor and manage cost data flows from vendor partners into cost database

  • Model and test various pricing strategy scenarios as directed by Director of Pricing

  • Audit and perform maintenance of various base price tools/systems weekly

  • Manage competitor price data inflows as well as ad hoc collections and pricing research as directed by DP

  • Maintain positive score on Category Scorecard for assigned categories

  • Generate and maintain key pricing metric reports as directed by the Director

  • Support the development of department SOPs, initiatives and other change processes as requested and meet all deadlines associated with initiative rolls outs and other system improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, data science or related field

  • 2-5 years’ in field or career

  • 2+ years’ of developing and executing base and promotional retail pricing strategies (preferably in Natural/organic product channel)

  • Ability to work with and interpret large amounts of data

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google sheets

  • Experience with Price optimization software, Alteryx, and Tableau is a plus

  • Ability to understand and absorb information rapidly

  • Strong ability to prioritize projects and execute efficiently

  • High standards of performance for self and others

  • Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines

  • Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands

  • Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems

  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
