Overview

Montcalm Collection are looking for a skilled and ambitious Maintenance Manager to join our team. Help to shape the Montcalm Collection’s next chapter and showcase your skills. Become a trusted ambassador for one of our hotels and take advantage of the opportunity to move between properties, achieving the service and product delivery standards for the department with a high degree of customer care and service.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead and manage engineering/maintenance activities.

·        Oversee maintenance efficiency.

·        Manage the physical plant and safety systems.

·        Maintain equipment for effectiveness.

·        Plan and evaluate preventative maintenance.

·        Empower employees for exceptional service.

·        Maintain open, collaborative relationships.

·        Ensure regulatory compliance and Administer property policies.

·        Support Green Program and CSR.

·        Prioritise and practice Health & Safety guidelines, adhering to company policies and regulations.

Essential Qualifications

·        5 years of Maintenance Manager or Supervisor experience in luxury hospitality.

·        Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications.

·        Safety and facilities management expertise.

·        Strong financial management and reporting skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

·        Project management skills.

·        Knowledge of hotel policies and sustainability.

Candidates must be authorised to live and work in the UK. Currently, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
