In 2017, my brother and I started Monte Forte as a food truck. Since then we have been busy making our own take on Neapolitan pizza all around the UK, and eventually we ended up with our first pizzeria in Reigate and now we are in Horsham too. Our pizza is chewy, light and charred at 500c, just like the ones cooked in Napoli.
