Moonfleet Manor is currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our LFH Family. Working with Byron (GM) and Victor (F&B Manager), you will be responsible for the impeccable Food and Beverage service throughout the hotel.
This Restaurant Manager needs to be able to lead our food and beverage department in the absence of Victor, to consistently exceeding our guest expectations by giving an outstanding, informal and personable family focused service. You also need to be passionate about local, homegrown food using seasonal sustainable produce daily from our walled kitchen garden. Using the best local ingredients like our eggs, supplied by the local farmer and our locally reared meats.
