About The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our friendly team in a range of our restaurant & bar in a 5* hotel restaurant and bar. A passion for food and drink is a must as our menus consist of modern dining, handmade pizzas and a vast range of spirits and craft beers. The right personality and attitude goes along way too!

About The Role

Our Assistant Managers assist the General Manager in the overall running of business operations.

They must also recognise the importance of atmosphere and customer experience in a hotel setting.

Being able to respond constructively to issues as and when they occur is an important aspect of the role.

Office duties include ordering, stock control procedures, rota building to target, compliance and marketing. Service responsibilities include running service and managing both BOH and FOH teams.
