• The Role

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for our customers, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

  Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Taking drink orders and serving guests with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Preparing and crafting a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer preferences and our menu.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of various cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked.
  • Handling cash transactions and accurately processing payments.
  • Engaging with customers, building rapport, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
  • Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations.

  Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy and reputable establishment is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and presentation.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and listening skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
