• A drive to maintain a smooth running kitchen focusing on delivering dishes of the highest standard in a reasonable timescale , with a keen eye for identifying any areas requiring improvement and developing talent,
• The ability to plan rotas in line with budget and forecasts,
• An effective communicator keep everyone up to date with company strategy, results and updates,
• Confidence in driving sales and profit through the quality of food service,
• Unparalleled time management with product ordering and delivering objectives set out by the business.
