Salary: £37,000 plus Bonus, £1000 Yearly Travel Allowence and an average of £6000 - £8000 Service Charge Per Annum.

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join us at a Senior level, and lead our Mowgli family in continuing the mission of enriching the lives of our team in London.

In a Senior Head Chef, we are looking for:

•         Someone who strives for high levels of quality and compliance in the kitchen,

•         A keen eye for identifying any areas requiring improvement, support and developing talent,

•         An effective communicator to keep everyone up to date with company strategy, results and updates as we grow,

•         Confidence in driving sales and profit through the quality of support for the team,

•         A drive to support specific BOH recruitment and training needs,

•         Driving health and safety standards across the kitchen ensuring nothing but 5* is achieved.
