Founded by Nisha Katona in 2014, Mowgli has continued its growth and aspires for the restaurant chain to become the national voice for Indian Street Food, enriching lives wherever she goes.

We are continuing our London expansion and looking for a Senior General Manager to join us as we prepare for our next opening.

In a Senior General Manager, we are looking for:

• An exceptional leader, motivator and mentor for a high performing team,
• A drive for sales and profit whilst delivering exceptional service with the guest at the heart of what you do,
• Embodiment of our core values of Intelligence, Grace and Graft,
• A role model of hard work, detail and impeccable organisation and preparation,
• Someone who is looking to take that next step into multi-site role after successful opening period
