Founded by Nisha Katona in 2014, Mowgli has continued its growth and aspires for the restaurant chain to become the national voice for Indian Street Food, enriching lives wherever she goes.

This is an exciting time for Mowgli as we prepare to expand our presence across London. As an SGM, you will be an integral part of this growth leading our next restaurant opening with the potential to progress into multi-site operation. You will also receive bespoke development on our SGM programme which is designed to support career trajectory into operations through mentorship, cross-functional projects and leadership courses. 

You will work as part of a close-knit, passionate and supportive team where collaboration and teamwork are championed. 

In a Senior General Manager, we are looking for:

• An exceptional leader, motivator and mentor for a high performing team,
• A drive for sales and profit whilst delivering exceptional service with the guest at the heart of what you do,
