We are Looking For a proactive and creative Events Sales Manager to join our London team! As Events Sales Manager, you will oversee every stage of the event process, from sales and planning to execution and post-event follow-ups. You’ll take full ownership of the role, helping us expand our event offering while delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract private and corporate events.
• Manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Plan and execute high-quality events aligned with Moyagi’s brand and standards.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless events and maximise guest satisfaction.
• Analyse results, provide feedback, and continuously improve processes.

Your skills and experience:

• At least 5 years of proven success in event sales and project management, ideally in hospitality or entertainment.
• A strong local network in London to help drive growth.
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a hands-on approach.
• Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering unforgettable experiences.
• Results-driven with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
