As Floor Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of our guest experience. From welcoming VIPs to ensuring flawless room service, you’ll set the tone for hospitality that’s warm, attentive, and always a step ahead.

• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth room service and guest flow.

• Deliver exceptional private customer service with discretion, charm, and precision.

• Lead by example—support and motivate the floor staff to exceed guest expectations.

• Ensure all rooms are presented to luxury standards, pre- and post-visit.

• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care.

• Liaise with the bar, kitchen, and front desk to guarantee seamless service.

• Uphold Moyagi’s high standards in every detail, from lighting and ambiance to timing and tone.

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality or premium service roles.

• A natural host—warm, proactive, and polished under pressure.

• Passionate about creating exceptional, intimate guest experiences.

• Experience with room service, private events, or boutique venues is a strong plus.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, with an eye for ambiance, cleanliness, and comfort.
