You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Mayfair Park Residences.  This will include directly supervising all dedicated residences staff, managing and fostering relationships with Residence Owners, and ensuring the provision of superior service levels for all amenities and services offered to all entities. Additionally, responsible for enforcing residential operational policies and procedures in accordance with Dorchester Collection’s corporate guidelines and to ensure compliance with the tenancy agreement  to ensure our residents receive nothing but the best experience.

• You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with Residents special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in a luxury residence as a manager is essential
• Previous experience in Hotel Operations is preferable, but not essential
