What you'll do

As a Night Concierge you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our employees:

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents and guests during night hours, ensuring a smooth service and that all requests are handled with professionalism and discretion.
  • Working alongside the security team, the Night Concierge focuses on operational follow-up, preparing for the day team, and ensuring all outstanding resident and administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard. This role plays a key part in maintaining continuity of service and supporting the efficiency of the wider residences team.
  • Support with transportation bookings, deliveries, and ad-hoc resident requests as required.
  • Ensure accurate logging of all resident interactions, updates, and tasks in the CRM system and logs.
  • Review and follow up on outstanding tasks from the day, ensuring smooth handover to the morning team.
  • Manage the email inbox and respond or escalate appropriately.
  • Update daily calendars, logs, and reporting systems with accurate information.
  • Prepare operational and resident reports for management review.
  • Assist with stock counts, inventory checks and ordering processes.
  • Carry out routine building tasks and basic overnight checks.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:

  • Full-time, shift-based role on a 4-on, 4-off rotation.
  • Hours typically 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work independently overnight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, calm and discreet when dealing with residents and sensitive matters.
  • Competent in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous concierge or front desk experience in a luxury residential or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong background in administration and service delivery.
  • Familiarity with security and health & safety protocols desirable.
