Your responsibilities will include:
Grill: You'll be stationed at the grill, expertly cooking our signature birria tacos to perfection according to our specific recipes and standards. Your attention to detail and skill on the grill will ensure that each taco is bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Additionally, you'll meticulously monitor food weight and measurements to ensure consistency in portion sizes, maintaining our high-quality standards.
Burrito Line: You'll also be responsible for the burrito line, skillfully assembling and preparing our mouthwatering burritos with precision and care. From layering ingredients to wrapping them up just right, you'll ensure that each burrito is a delicious work of art. Similar to the grill, you'll pay close attention to food weight and measurements, guaranteeing that each burrito meets our exacting standards and provides a satisfying dining experience for our guests.
Plating: Presentation is key, and as a Cook, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every dish is plated beautifully and presented in an appetizing manner. Your eye for detail will ensure that each plate leaving the kitchen not only looks appealing but also meets our portion and measurement guidelines.
Timely Service: In our fast-paced kitchen, timing is everything. You'll work efficiently to ensure that food is prepared and sent out to our guests in a timely manner, without compromising on quality or accuracy. This includes maintaining proper food weights and measurements to ensure consistency and efficiency during peak service hours.

Compensation: $18.00-$20.00/hour + TIPS
Requirements/Physical Demand
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Must have a minimum of 1 year of cooking experience
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work 20-35 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Hours subject to change without notice.
Must have reliable transportation and punctuality for all shifts
Must possess or willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, though not required
Must be able to stand or walk for up to 6 hours at a time
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Medium work involving the lifting and moving of objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Environmental Conditions
Occasionally working in small and/or enclosed spaces
Adhering to our sanitation protocols, including performing sanitation tasks once each table has finished and at the end of your shift
Dusting and cleaning all areas of the facility, including storefront, bathrooms, break areas. Mopping, sweeping, and wiping down counters, doors, and windows
