As the a Restaurant Manager responsible for the day operations at Roka, you will play a key role in the launch of our brand-new location on the breathtaking island of Mykonos. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pool and sea-front dining areas, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service in a stunning, vibrant setting.

ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants. Roka Mykonos offers diners a seasonal, sun-soaked escape, where vibrant dishes, inventive cocktails, and live DJs set the scene for unforgettable summer days and nights. ROKA embodies the spirit of coming together and sharing a collective dining experience, (RO) symbolises the atmosphere and (KA), the heat of fire from the Robata

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a high-performing front-of-house team during daytime service.
  • Ensuring smooth, efficient operations in both the pool and sea-front sections, maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
  • Collaborating closely with the opening team to establish operational standards, training procedures, and service excellence protocols.
  • Maintaining a welcoming, safe, and vibrant environment for guests while optimising day-to-day performance.
  • Handling guest feedback proactively and maintaining outstanding service standards throughout the day.
