Roka Mykonos offers diners a seasonal, sun-soaked escape, where vibrant dishes, inventive cocktails, and live DJs set the scene for unforgettable summer days and nights. ROKA embodies the spirit of coming together and sharing a collective dining experience, (RO) symbolises the atmosphere and (KA), the heat of fire from the Robata.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delegate and oversee daily tasks, ensuring food and service standards are consistently met
  • Handle customer feedback promptly, escalating issues to senior management when needed
  • Support initiatives to optimize operations and enhance the guest experience
  • Monitor and control costs while maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Lead daily briefings, conduct training sessions, and provide regular feedback to develop and motivate the team
