As a Floor Supervisor at Roka, you’ll inspire the team to deliver exceptional service, uphold high standards, and ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience. At Roka, the service comes alive with our unique energy and you will be part of making that magic happen.

ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants. Roka Mykonos offers diners a seasonal, sun-soaked escape, where vibrant dishes, inventive cocktails, and live DJs set the scene for unforgettable summer days and nights. ROKA embodies the spirit of coming together and sharing a collective dining experience, (RO) symbolises the atmosphere and (KA), the heat of fire from the Robata.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and support the floor team, ensuring smooth and efficient service operations
  • Demonstrate deep menu knowledge and ensure the team delivers accurate, exceptional service
  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance the dining experience
  • Train and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and maintain high standards
  • Oversee cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations throughout service
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service flow
