Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment, providing precise change and receipts as needed
• Identify all menu items and accurately match them on the system for smooth and efficient billing
• Maintain and balance the cash register, ensuring accuracy and accountability at all times
• Prepare daily reports and reconcile cash and credit card transactions, resolving any discrepancies promptly
• Ensure daily cash up for all floors is completed accurately, addressing any issues before leaving
• Assist guests by providing receipts or invoices promptly and professionally, based on their needs
