Role Overview:

Are you a passionate leader who thrives on operational excellence and delivering unforgettable customer experiences? We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the performance, efficiency, and growth of our multi-site restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience, capable of driving results, inspiring teams, and ensuring consistent quality and brand standards across all MyLahore locations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead day-to-day operations across restaurants.

· Ensure MyLahore’s food is of the highest quality and consistently delivered to our guests.

· Guarantee all food served is always safe to eat by maintaining the highest hygiene and food safety standards.

· Ensure all MyLahore stores are safe places to work and dine, compliant with health, safety, and fire regulations.

· Ensure MyLahore’s quality standards are consistently met and exceeded across all departments and locations.

· Deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every site meets MyLahore’s quality, service, and brand expectations.

· Oversee financial performance, setting and achieving revenue, cost, and profitability targets.

· Ensure stores trade profitably to the agreed margins (includes control of stock take, wage margins and food margins & and direct costs)

· Collaborate with the Managing Director and Executive Team to define and execute operational strategies.

· Lead, coach, and develop General Managers to achieve peak performance.

· Collaborate with Brand & Comms, People, and Finance teams to align operations with brand strategy and business goals.

· Help to enhance the positive reputation of MyLahore and to avoid negative publicity (TripAdvisor, Google, HGEM and online feedback as tools to measure it)

· Monitor Guest feedback, complaints & recovery initiatives

· Build strong working relationships with suppliers, trades people, engineers and builders to ensure the smooth running of the stores.

· Implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency, consistency, and accountability.

· Drive innovation in menu execution, service delivery, and customer engagement.

· Manage expansion projects and new site launches to support brand growth.

· Promote and maintain a positive company culture aligned with MyLahore’s mission and values.

KPIs:

· Achieve 95%+ operational compliance across all sites.

· Maintain guest satisfaction scores above 90%.

· Deliver budgeted profit targets for all operational units.

· Achieve 100% adherence to food safety and brand standards.

· Improve staff retention rates by 15% within 12 months.

· Deliver new site openings on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an Operations Director, Head of Operations, or Senior Leader within hospitality sector.

· Demonstrable success in managing multi-site operations.

· Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.

· Commercial acumen with a solid grasp of P&L management.

· Excellent understanding of customer service and brand standards.

· Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

· Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
