POSITION SUMMARY

As a Runner at NAC, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both the front-of-house and kitchen teams, ensuring smooth and timely service. This role requires energy, efficiency, attention to detail, and a team-focused mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Swiftly and safely deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to tables.

• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and delivered to the right guests.

• Assist waitstaff by clearing and resetting tables promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas and stations.

• Support team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth workflow.

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to manage timing and priorities.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and company policies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a Runner, Commis Waiter, or similar support role in a fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred.

• High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.

• Ability to work efficiently and stay calm under pressure.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering great service.
