POSITION SUMMARY

As a Floor Manager at NAC, you'll lead by example to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, consistently delivering exceptional service standards. This role requires confident leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality and team development.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

  • Oversee daily service operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front- and back-of-house.

  • Manage guest relations, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Support and train team members to uphold NAC’s high standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.

  • Monitor floor performance and proactively implement improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and maintain a vibrant, high-energy environment.


KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in a premium hospitality venue.

  • Exceptional people management and customer service skills.

  • Confident, approachable, and proactive in handling both guests and team dynamics.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, effective decisions.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining operational excellence.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments.
