POSITION SUMMARY
As Assistant General Manager at NAC, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations. You'll take a hands-on approach to service, team leadership, and guest engagement, ensuring excellence at every level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the General Manager in running all front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth, high-quality service.
Lead, motivate, and develop the team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Drive service standards and implement operational improvements to enhance overall efficiency and performance.
Handle guest interactions with warmth and professionalism, resolving any issues with care and urgency.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
Monitor financial performance, contributing to budget management, stock control, and cost efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with all licensing, health & safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
Represent the brand with passion, embodying NAC’s values and energy on the floor at all times.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or senior supervisor in a premium, high-volume hospitality environment.
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach to guest service and team development.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while making sound decisions quickly.
A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to operations.
