POSITION SUMMARY

As Assistant General Manager at NAC, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations. You'll take a hands-on approach to service, team leadership, and guest engagement, ensuring excellence at every level. This role requires a confident and strategic leader with a deep passion for hospitality and a proven ability to inspire high-performing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the General Manager in running all front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth, high-quality service.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to consistently exceed guest expectations.

• Drive service standards and implement operational improvements to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

• Handle guest interactions with warmth and professionalism, resolving any issues with care and urgency.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.

• Monitor financial performance, contributing to budget management, stock control, and cost efficiency.

• Ensure full compliance with all licensing, health & safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.

• Represent the brand with passion, embodying NAC’s values and energy on the floor at all times.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or senior supervisor in a premium, high-volume hospitality environment.

• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach to guest service and team development.

• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure while making sound decisions quickly.

• A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to operations.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
