POSITION SUMMARY

As Restaurant Manager at NAC, you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, leading by example to ensure smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and high-performing teams. This role requires strategic leadership, excellent business acumen, and a true passion for hospitality.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, manage, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from service delivery to team development.

  • Drive performance against key business objectives, including guest satisfaction, profitability, and efficiency.

  • Manage guest relations, addressing issues promptly and maintaining NAC’s reputation for excellence.

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.

  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, payroll, and cost controls, identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and senior management to maintain a vibrant, dynamic restaurant environment.


KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior leadership role in a premium hospitality venue.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate large teams.

  • Excellent business acumen, with experience managing budgets, payroll, and cost controls.

  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods.

  • A genuine passion for hospitality, innovation, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
