Assistant General Manager Responsibilities

+ Assist General Manager in leading and coaching a 5-person management team, which supports a team of 30+ employees on the floor and in the kitchen

+ Strong leadership, communication, and ability to resolve conflict with grace and consistency with BRG culture

+ Advocates for a superior guest experience

+ Operating a high-volume restaurant, constant evaluation and mission for improvement

+ Manages full lifecycle of all FOH employees:

+ Recruiting the best of the best!

+ Passionately training the team to perform at the highest level

+ Developing leaders and encouraging upward growth on your team

Qualifications

+ 2+ years of management experience in full-service, high-volume, upscale restaurants

+ Spirit of hospitality

+ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

+ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
