The Position specifics!
Taking on the role of the Snoozer Experience Manager isn’t just about bacon and pancakes. The responsibilities of this position include: 

Snoozer Experience & Engagement
  • Manage the Circle of Life process, including onboarding, position changes, location changes terminations,and all other duties related to the Snoozer life cycle.  Ensure accurate and timely HRIS data entry, updates,and management in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and collaborate with the Snoozer Experience Specialist on engagement, recognition programs,Snoozer Circle of Life, benefits, and compliance administration.
  • Coach, develop, and inspire direct reports to foster a high-performing and engaged Snoozer ExperienceTeam.
  • Owns the Snoozer Support and Snooze Safety inbox, responding promptly to Snoozer inquiries andresolving issues efficiently and managing all processes related to supporting our Snoozers through thesetwo feedback and communication channels.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of low-level Snoozer Relations cases by conducting thorough fact-finding, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws, and maintaining well-documented records.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company policies, workplace compliance, and employment laws,including FLSA, ACA, FMLA, Title VII, wage and hour laws, labor rules, OSHA, Equal Pay Act, drug andalcohol policies, background checks, and state/local regulations.
  • Own and drive all engagement programs, including the New Snoozer Engagement Program, MomentMakers, and other initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
  • Conduct monthly on-the-job days in restaurants to stay connected with frontline Snoozers and enhanceSnoozer experience.
  • Leverage data and Snoozer feedback to develop insights and recommendations that drive Snoozerretention, engagement, and overall workplace satisfaction.
  • Lead the successful implementation and execution of the annual Snoozer Perspectives Survey, analyzingresults and driving action plans to improve Snoozer satisfaction.
  • Oversight and execution of Snooze Compass Challenge initiative and Snooze Life weekly and monthly texts.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed to align with business goals and organizational priorities.
Leave, Accommodation, & Snoozer Benefits Administration
  • Develop, implement, and enhance LOA and Accommodation programs in compliance with federal,state, and local laws. (e.g., FMLA, FAMLI, ADA, state leave laws).
  • Align policies with the needs of hourly and salaried Snoozers across Mothership and Restaurantlocations.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive Snoozerexperience.
  • Stay current on evolving leave laws, especially in highly regulated states.
  • Manage end-to-end leave and accommodation administration while minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Snoozers, providing guidance on complex cases and return-to-worktransitions.
  • Maintain clear SOPs, Snoozer communications, and FAQs tailored to Snooze’s workforce.
  • Uphold confidentiality, ensuring sensitive information is shared only on a need-to-know basis
  • Serve as the primary contact for Snoozer benefits inquiries, including enrollment, life event changes,claims resolution, and guidance on medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirementplans.
  • Maintain accurate benefits records in HRIS, ensuring compliance with eligibility rules and federal, state,and local regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA).
  • Process and reconcile monthly benefits invoices, resolving discrepancies by coordinating withappropriate teams.
  • Support and oversee the Open Enrollment process, including planning, communication, system setup,and ensuring accurate Snoozer elections.
  • Prepare and file required benefits reports (e.g., ACA 1095-C, Form 5500, COBRA notices) while ensuringall documentation aligns with regulatory and company policies.
  • Continuously improve benefits administration processes, leveraging technology for efficiency whilemaintaining confidentiality of Snoozer information.

Let’s talk prerequisites! (Education, credentials, and experience)
  • Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
  • 2+ years working in a leadership position that includes direct management/supervisory experience relatedto Human Resources and general Human Resources practices
  • 2+ years working directly in the hospitality, retail or CPG industries (preferred).
  • Experience designing, developing and or implementing Human Resources practices across multiplegenerations and preferably in the hospitality sector
  • Human Resources Management Certification (HRCI or SHRM) strongly preferred or the ability to obtain thiswithin the first 6 months of employment.
  • Multi-state compliance experience including California (preferred)
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing Human Resources practices across multiple generations.

Denver area base salary range: $80,000 – 100,000 per year
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Snooze salary range for this position. Actualsalaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited toexperience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, andregular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Snooze’s total compensation package foremployees.
