We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Baker to lead our bakery operations and bring exceptional craftsmanship to our kitchen. This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the bakery offering of one of London’s most prestigious new openings.
The RoleAs Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of all breads, viennoiserie, and specialty baked goods, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. You will play a key role in menu development, innovation, and maintaining the excellence synonymous with the Nammos brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the bakery section, ensuring smooth daily operations
Develop and execute high-quality bread and pastry offerings
Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, food safety, and organisation
Train, mentor, and inspire the bakery team
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef and wider kitchen brigade
Manage ordering, stock control, and cost efficiency
Proven experience as a Head Baker or Senior Baker in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or luxury venue
Strong knowledge of artisanal bread-making, fermentation, and modern baking techniques
Creative mindset with attention to detail and presentation
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Passion for quality ingredients and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine
