The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive guest engagement, increase revenue, and position Nammos London as one of London's premier luxury dining destinations. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, digital marketing, brand management, PR, events, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities 

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create seasonal marketing campaigns to drive reservations and revenue.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Manage and control the marketing budget effectively.
  • Measure campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

 Brand Management

  • Ensure all marketing communications maintain Nammos London's luxury brand standards.
  • Protect and strengthen the brand identity across all platforms.
  • Work closely with the global Nammos marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
  • Oversee all marketing collateral, menus, promotional materials, and branded assets.

 Digital Marketing

  • Manage the restaurant's digital presence across all platforms.
  • Oversee website content and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Develop digital campaigns including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and CRM initiatives.
  • Analyse website traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement.

 Social Media

  • Lead the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content calendars.
  • Work alongside photographers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to trends, and maximise organic reach.
  • Ensure all content reflects the luxury positioning of the brand.

 Public Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Coordinate press releases, media visits, and promotional opportunities.
  • Manage PR agencies where applicable.
  • Protect the company's reputation through proactive communications.

 Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and promote special events, seasonal activations, brand collaborations, and exclusive experiences.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with luxury brands, hotels, lifestyle businesses, and corporate clients.
  • Support private dining and events through targeted marketing initiatives.

 Commercial Performance

  • Work closely with Operations to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Analyse guest behaviour and marketing ROI.
  • Develop initiatives to increase repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Support new menu launches and promotional campaigns.

 Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing with operational goals.
  • Work closely with HR on employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, printers, photographers, and suppliers.
  • Support training where marketing standards impact guest experience.

 

Skills & Experience 

Essential

  • Minimum 3–5 years' marketing experience within luxury hospitality, restaurants, hotels, nightlife, or lifestyle brands.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and external suppliers.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

 Desirable

  • Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Graphic design or content creation experience.
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns.
  • Knowledge of luxury dining and London hospitality market.
