We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in supporting a high-performing team, and is eager to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy luxury hospitality venue. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and committed to maintaining exceptional standards behind the bar while supporting bartenders in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Prepare mise en place and cook dishes for assigned section
• Ensure all food is prepared to Nammos standards for quality and presentation
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of the section at all times
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering for the section
• Minimize waste and support cost control initiatives
• Train and supervise Commis Chefs and junior staff
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
• Perform all reasonable tasks designated by the Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Head Chef

SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE:

• Strong culinary skills in assigned section (e.g., grill, fish, pastry)
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Positive attitude and team player
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Reliability, integrity, and discretion

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef De Partie in a luxury or high-end restaurant environment
• Expertise in the relevant kitchen section
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Good command of English, both spoken and written 

Desirable: 

• Formal culinary qualification
• Additional language skills
• Experience with London’s luxury dining scene
