Job Title: Host / Hostess
Location(s): Native Restaurant (Brooklyn), Native Restaurant (Harlem), Lagos TSQ
Reports To: Front of House Manager / Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a warm, friendly, and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you'll greet guests, manage reservations and seating, and ensure a smooth and welcoming front-of-house experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude

  • Manage waitlists and reservations using our booking system

  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

  • Coordinate seating flow with FOH staff and kitchen

  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host stand

  • Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, professional demeanor

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
