Job Title: Server
Location(s): Native Restaurant (Brooklyn), Native Restaurant (Harlem), Lagos TSQ
Reports To: Front of House Manager / Restaurant Manager
As a Server, you’ll be the face of the restaurant; greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and present menus
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Deliver orders to tables and ensure guests are satisfied
Communicate with kitchen and bar staff as needed
Handle payments, operate POS system, and close out checks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Follow all health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Must be at least 18 years old (21+ if serving alcohol, depending on local laws)
