Job Title: Server
Location(s): Native Restaurant (Brooklyn), Native Restaurant (Harlem), Lagos TSQ
Reports To: Front of House Manager / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

As a Server, you’ll be the face of the restaurant; greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and present menus

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly

  • Deliver orders to tables and ensure guests are satisfied

  • Communicate with kitchen and bar staff as needed

  • Handle payments, operate POS system, and close out checks

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

  • Follow all health and safety regulations

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns

Qualifications:
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting

  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude

  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

  • Must be at least 18 years old (21+ if serving alcohol, depending on local laws)
