Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Koh Samui, Thailand

Contract: Full-Time / Permanent 


Position Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy to elevate brand positioning, drive revenue and enhance guest engagement. This role ensures all marketing initiatives reflect Nikki Beach’s signature barefoot luxury identity while maximizing visibility across digital, social, PR, and on-property channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing and communications strategy aligned with revenue goals.

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and website optimization.

  • Oversee content creation to ensure consistency with brand voice and visual identity.

  • Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, and F&B teams to support promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Manage PR activities and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

  • Ensure all brand guidelines are respected across all communication channels.

  • Manage marketing budget effectively and track expenditures.

  • Work closely with Corporate Marketing teams and the Global Director of Marketing.

  • Find and foster relevant partnerships with brands that can generate awareness and business

  • Activate marketing synergies between all points of sale at the resort (beach club, restaurants, spa, etc.)


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business,or related field.

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, lifestyle or premium brands.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and content management.

  • Strong understanding of the local market.

  • Experience managing PR agencies and external creative partners.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
