Contract: Full Time, On site, Permanent


Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, driven and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support and execute the marketing strategy for Nikki Beach Koh Samui This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional with experience in luxury hospitality who thrives in a fast-paced lifestyle-driven environment.

The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Corporate Marketing Team and operational departments to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue and position the resort and spa as a leading luxury lifestyle destination in Koh Samui.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, PR and on-site activations.

  • Manage and grow the resort’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), including content planning, posting, community engagement and performance tracking.

  • Coordinate content creation including photography, videography, reels, newsletters, website updates and promotional materials.

  • Support spa, F&B, rooms and event marketing initiatives with tailored promotional strategies.

  • Assist in developing and executing seasonal campaigns, special offers and event promotions.

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Team to ensure brand alignment and adherence to Nikki Beach visual identity and tone of voice.

  • Support influencer collaborations, media visits and local partnerships to increase exposure.

  • Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

  • Maintain marketing calendars, media libraries and promotional asset databases.

  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, printers and media partners when required.

  • Assist with on-property branding, collateral production, and guest-facing communications.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, resorts or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools and content strategy.

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms and basic SEO principles is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail and aesthetics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Passion for luxury hospitality, lifestyle branding and experiential marketing.
