Born on the harbor of Porto Cervo, the Nikki Beach Cocktail Club is a refined yet laid-back destination where guests come to enjoy sunset drinks and beautifully crafted cocktails. As the evening begins, the bar comes to life with an intimate coastal atmosphere, warm lighting, and a mixology program built around quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
The bar was designed by a bartender, featuring ergonomic American-style stations that allow precision, speed, and craft. The space is inspired by elegant beach house style, with natural textures and soft tones that create an inviting setting where every team member contributes to a premium guest experience.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, hard-working Barback to support our bartenders in a fast-paced, high-end environment. You will be the backbone of the bar, assisting with prep, stocking, cleaning, and anything needed to keep service seamless. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience, putting theory into practice, and learning the craft of mixology at the highest level.

Prerequisites

• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Passion for cocktails and the bar industry

• Previous experience as a barback or in a hospitality role is a plus, but not required

• Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)
