We are looking for a highly motivated and structured Purchasing Manager / Responsabile Acquisti – Economo to oversee and coordinate all purchasing, inventory, and cost-control activities for Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda.
This key role is central to the smooth and efficient operation of the venue and directly impacts service quality, profitability, and operational continuity.
The Purchasing Manager works in close coordination with General Management, F&B, Bar, Kitchen, and Warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels, supplier performance, and budget compliance throughout the season.
You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and conditions, supervising purchasing processes, monitoring consumption trends, and ensuring full alignment with company standards and Italian CCNL regulations.
Manage all purchasing activities for food, beverages, operational supplies, and non-food items
Coordinate daily with F&B, Bar, Kitchen, and Warehouse teams to ensure correct stock availability
Select, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, consistency, and competitive pricing
Monitor inventory levels, consumption, and cost control to meet budget targets
Oversee receiving procedures, stock movements, and inventory accuracy
Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and local regulations
Prepare reports related to purchasing, stock, and supplier performance
Support seasonal planning, pre-opening setup, and end-of-season inventory processes
Proven experience as Purchasing Manager, Economo, or similar role in luxury hospitality, beach clubs, hotels, or high-volume premium venues
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Solid understanding of F&B cost control, inventory management, and supplier negotiation
Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and confidentiality
Good command of English; Italian required. Additional languages are a plus
Proficient with inventory systems and Excel
Must have the right to work full-time in Italy (no visa sponsorship)
Personal transportation preferred due to location
