We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Beach Waiter to join our team at Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service directly on the beach, combining attentiveness, efficiency, and charm to enhance the guest experience in a luxurious and dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for taking and serving orders to beach beds, suggesting premium items, coordinating with bartenders and runners, and maintaining a smooth service flow under the sun, all while respecting our brand’s high standards.

This is a key front-line position for those who enjoy fast-paced service, guest interaction, and attention to detail, with a focus on sales performance and elevated hospitality.

• Experience in luxury hospitality, beach clubs, or upscale resorts

• Strong communication skills and confident guest interaction

• Focused on efficiency, upselling, and guest satisfaction

• Able to stay composed in hot, fast-paced outdoor environments

• Team-player attitude with attention to timing and coordination

• Fluent in English; Italian or other languages are a plus

• Right to work in Italy full-time (no visa sponsorship available)

• Personal transportation preferred due to location

•   Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)
