We are looking for a welcoming, elegant, and service-oriented Hostess to join our team at Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests, representing the face of the venue and setting the tone for the entire experience.

As a Hostess, your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing reservations, escorting clients to their tables or beach beds, handling VIP arrivals, and maintaining flow and order at the entrance with grace and efficiency.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong interpersonal skills, poise under pressure, and a passion for luxury guest relations.

• Previous experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or luxury events

• Elegant presence and strong communication skills

• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure or high-traffic situations

• Excellent English required; Italian strongly preferred

• Knowledge of reservation systems or guest list handling is a plus

• Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)

• Personal transportation preferred due to location
